• Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) does not constitute a binding order or contract.
• All RFQ responses — including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines — are provided as estimates and remain subject to final confirmation.
• Mian Solutions reserves the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion.
• RFQ response times are typically within 24 business hours and are not guaranteed during public holidays or emergency situations.

3. Pricing and Availability

• All prices quoted are indicative and subject to change based on exchange rates, supplier pricing, and availability at the time of order confirmation.
• Mian Solutions does not guarantee the availability of any specific component until a formal purchase order is confirmed and accepted.
• Prices in PKR are subject to currency fluctuations for internationally sourced components.

4. Authenticity and Certification

Mian Solutions is committed to supplying only authentic, certified components from verified sources. We provide traceability documentation for aviation and industrial components upon request. If a client has specific certification requirements (ISO, IEC, etc.), these must be communicated in the RFQ to ensure compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is the property of Mian Solutions or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
